What Woofland Provides
Woofland offers dog daycare, boarding, accommodation, transport, pack walks, excursions, grooming and hygiene services across indoor, outdoor, mixed, and off-site environments, depending on the branch and service booked.

Assessment, Trial Days, and Acceptance

Trial days, assessments, and meet-and-greets are preliminary only

Acceptance of a booking does not guarantee ongoing suitability or continuation of services

Woofland may reassess suitability at any time, before or after check-in
​
Right to Refuse or Change Services
-
Woofland may accept, refuse, withdraw, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion
-
Accommodation, activities, supervision level, or group access may be changed where required
-
Immediate collection may be requested in certain situations
​
Environment and Activities
-
Dogs may participate in indoor play, outdoor play, pack walks, excursions, farm or nature visits
-
Group access or free-roaming is not guaranteed
-
All activities carry inherent risks which owners accept
​
Behaviour, Hygiene, and Health
-
Owners must disclose behavioural history, health issues, parasites, or infections
-
Dogs must arrive clean, hygienic, and parasite-free
-
Woofland may arrange grooming, hygiene management, isolation, or treatment where required
-
All related costs are payable by the owner
​
Health and Veterinary Care

Dogs must be fully vaccinated at all times
-
Vaccination tracking and reminders are the owner’s responsibility
-
Owners authorise Woofland to arrange emergency veterinary care if needed
-
All veterinary and related costs are payable by the owner
​
Transport, Pick-Up, and Drop-Off
-
Transport services are provided where booked
-
No-shows for pick-up or drop-off may be charged in full
-
Walking dogs outside Woofland property may occur where booked, requested, or deemed appropriate
​
Incidents and Special Care
Woofland may require immediate collection or apply special care charges in cases including:

Aggression or unsafe behaviour

Severe anxiety or distress
-
Escape attempts
-
Illness, injury, parasites, or hygiene issues
-
Situations requiring care beyond normal service levels
​
Payments and Cancellations
-
All fees must be paid in advance or as agreed
-
Late payments may incur additional costs
-
Daycare cancellations (one-off or booked under a package) do not incur a cancellation fee
-
Pre-purchased daycare packages are non-refundable
-
Refunds for one-off daycare bookings or multiple sessions (not packages) may be considered case by case
-
Boarding and accommodation cancellations within 7–2 days incur a 50% fee
-
Boarding and accommodation cancellations within 2 days are fully charged
-
No refunds are applicable after check-in if you decide to pick up earlier than your check-out date

Personal Items and Media

Woofland is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items

Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes unless opted out in writing
​
Events Beyond Control
Services may be affected by weather, emergencies, biosecurity events, or government or council actions.
