Service Description
A short 15-minute assessment session for new dogs before joining Woofland daycare or boarding. This allows our team to meet your dog, observe their behaviour, and confirm if they are suitable to continue to a trial session. If your dog is approved after the assessment, they may continue to their trial session on the same day. Please note this booking is for a dog assessment and trial only. It is not a facility tour. Cancellation Policy
Assessment & Trial Booking Policy This booking confirms your dog’s assessment time only. It does not guarantee approval for daycare, boarding, or a trial session. This booking is not for a facility tour. If you would like to arrange a tour or discuss Woofland before booking an assessment, please contact us directly. The assessment usually takes around 15 minutes. During this time, the Woofland team will meet your dog, observe their behaviour, and decide whether they are suitable to continue to a trial session. If your dog is approved after the assessment, they may continue to their trial session on the same day. Trial day is usually a shorter day, with pick-up normally between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. If you are unable to collect your dog at that time, please let us know, as a full-day trial may be possible by arrangement. Please do not feed your dog kibble or a full meal within 30 minutes before arrival. Please take your dog out for a pee and poo before coming to Woofland. During the first 30 minutes after the trial starts, we may call you to come back if your dog is extremely anxious, unsettled, or not coping well. The assessment or trial session may stop immediately if your dog shows aggressive behaviour, unsafe behaviour, extreme anxiety, or behaviour that may put other dogs, staff, or your dog at risk. If your dog is a puppy or has only recently been vaccinated, please make sure your vet is happy for your dog to attend daycare before booking. For your dog’s safety, please make sure their vaccinations are up to date before the trial session. Woofland may not check vaccination records on the trial day, so it is your responsibility to ensure your dog is properly protected. Please arrive on time for your assessment booking. If you are running late, please contact Woofland as soon as possible. Late arrival may reduce the assessment time or require the booking to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. By booking an assessment, you confirm that the information you have provided is correct and that you understand Woofland will make the final decision on whether your dog can continue to a trial session.
