Service Description
New Dog Assessment & Trial All new dogs must complete an assessment and trial before joining Woofland Daycare or Dog Hotel. The session starts with a 15- to 30-minute assessment, where our team meets your dog, observes their behaviour and temperament, and checks how comfortable they are in the Woofland environment. If your dog is suitable, they will continue directly into their trial session on the same day, which normally lasts around 2 hours. This allows us to introduce them gradually to the pack and observe how they settle, interact and respond to our team. Before booking: -Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old. -Puppies must be at least two weeks past their final vaccination booster or have clearance from their vet. -An assessment booking does not guarantee acceptance into daycare or boarding. -This booking is for your dog's assessment and trial only and is not a facility tour. Tours are available on weekends by arrangement. Please contact us directly if you would like to organise one.
Cancellation Policy
Assessment & Trial Booking Policy This booking confirms your dog’s assessment time only. It does not guarantee acceptance into Woofland Daycare, Dog Hotel, or progression to the trial session. The assessment normally takes 15 to 30 minutes. During this time, our team will meet your dog, observe their behaviour and temperament, and assess how comfortable they are in the Woofland environment. If your dog is suitable, they will normally continue directly into a trial session on the same day. The trial session usually lasts around 2 hours and allows us to introduce your dog gradually to the pack and observe how they settle, interact and respond to our team. During the first 30 minutes of the trial, we may contact you and ask you to return if your dog is extremely anxious, unsettled, or not coping well. The assessment or trial may be stopped at any time if your dog shows aggressive or unsafe behaviour, extreme anxiety, or any behaviour that may put your dog, other dogs or our team at risk. Before arrival: Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old. Puppies must be at least two weeks past their final vaccination booster or have clearance from their vet to attend daycare. Please make sure your dog’s vaccinations are up to date and that they are appropriately protected before attending. Please do not feed your dog kibble or a full meal within 30 minutes before arrival. Please give your dog the opportunity to pee and poo before arriving at Woofland. Please arrive on time for your assessment. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. Late arrival may reduce the available assessment time or require the booking to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
