Paw Pods suit dogs who are most comfortable resting alone in a quiet, structured setting. The pod area is climate controlled with monitored airflow, and each pod provides a cosy, low-stimulus space with comfortable bedding and gentle lighting. This option works well for dogs who enjoy consistency, clear boundaries, and time to unwind on their own. Staff are present in the building at all times, day and night, to provide supervision and reassurance.

The Pack Lounge is a shared, home-style space created for dogs who enjoy company and a relaxed group setting. With couches, soft bedding, and a calm environment, dogs are free to settle where they feel comfortable, rest alongside their friends, or spend time close to their caregiver. Overnight, a team member stays and sleeps in the lounge, providing constant supervision, reassurance, and a familiar human presence.

Alpha Suites are our most spacious and private accommodation option, suitable for individual dogs or multiple dogs staying together. Each suite provides ample room to move, comfortable bedding, natural daylight, and a temperature-controlled environment that supports calm behaviour and quality rest. With round-the-clock supervision and low-noise routines, Alpha Suites are well suited to extended stays and dogs who prefer a quieter, less stimulating setting.
